Hi there,
For some reason myself and my team are unable to open our game at all in studio, it takes around 10 minutes stuck on loading data model upon this ending we get the error code 0.
We have tried reverting the game and this has not helped, we have tried different accounts and this also won’t work. There is much work on this game and hours spent as we can’t afford to lose the progress on it. Sometimes we get other errrors, for example this one:
Below is my system info, if it's any help I can also get my team to provide their details:
Processor : Intel i5
Installed RAM : 20 GB
System type : 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor
Edition : Windows 11 Home
Version : 22H2

Seems like your entire game was corrupted. Can’t you get the file from version history? Does that work on just booting the game file locally?
I can’t open version history via studio, and you can’t get them via the website

Okay what!? There’s suppose to be a download button I swear! I guess roblox randomly decided to remove it huh.
You said that restoring the version won’t work as well right? Do you have a copy of the game? Autosave? Any?
I have zero autosaves, which is strange, but I don’t question it
Reverting has no effect, it’s a major issue…

I will question that autosave thing. Do any of your team members have one?
And this really is one hell of a issue. I can’t imagine feeling the sheer rage of losing that big of a game. 3000 versions does not sound low.

Our team also has no autosaves, the last one for us was Jan
This is our staging game with 3 months worth of new work ready for an upcoming update…
I might be wrong but the last error you posted looks like an error to do with the recently introduced Content type of Editable Images/Meshes.
Maybe cross-post in the announcement thread here and mention some engineers:
Update 11/20/24:
Hello Creators,
As we have been promising since the initial Studio beta announcement and then again in the recent update , we have been working hard on a new workflow to enable shared references for EditableImage and EditableMesh.
Enabling strong references with shared ownership required us to make major changes to the core DataModel API design paradigms around the EditableMesh and EditableImage APIs. We’re finally ready to share these changes with you in this Studio beta fea…
FYI putting the “critical” tag in your post no longer does anything and I believe it’s against forum rules
Hello,
We are currently investigating this issue. Did anyone on the team turn on any flags locally to try out some of the new EditableImage features? Just trying to figure out how this might have happened and what a possible solution might be.
Thanks.

I have some beta tests on, but none of us have any fflags turned on
If it’s easier I can invite some of my team into the private message ?
