Why are my decal assets not showing? (Visible on imagelabel!)

Hi,

I created many symbols for my horror game and im trying to show them on a decal in game.

I tried uploading the decals and using the assetids in game, however for some reason, the assets do not ‘show’ themselves on decals. The decal transparency is 0 (non-transparent)
At first I thought it was an asset permission issue, so I gave myself(and alt accounts) permissions, however after trying on other accounts I found that the decal would still not show. The decals have been passed through moderation, so its not a moderation issue.
There are no errors when loading the decal into the game world. The decals are all 256x256 pixels, and they are .pngs.

For details, the decal loads correctly, however it simply does not show? I tried loading the assets in an image-label and it shows itself. Any ideas what is going on?

Imagelabel VS Decal Comparison:

this should be basic.

show your explorer and the properties

do other public tool box decal show up?

I assume the decal is big and takes up most of the x y…

do you see the decal, on the web when you look at your dev account and decals?

do you see the decal in your tool box?

did you just put a part in , add a decal, set the id to yours, and make sure you are looking at the correct face, ie front… back etc…

also you picture makes no sense.. everything is black.. where is the decal?

In the image the part is black because the decal is not visible, but I fixed it. I just re-uploaded every single asset and called it a day. Even though I have permissions it does not show which is confusing but thanks for your help.
Just answering in case someone else sees this:

  • I did see the decal on the web on my account
  • other public tool box decal did show up
