These are not supposed to be white and I was wondering if it is a bug or if there is a fix

It may be due to poor internet connection. You could try using these same decals in your Roblox studio place. If that doesn’t work, try waiting a bit. If none of those things work, you could try joining your game with those decals (not studio)
They ended up loading after all it was just a moderation thing I guess but it took longer than it should have
