Could you clarify what you mean by load in? Are you trying to load it into a GUI element?

its probably made of just parts instead of a model, find another one

You probably have a lower-end pc and when you insert the model, theres too many parts and studio crashes
Ok theres definitely too many parts, look at this shower, each tile is a part

If a model is too unoptimized, there could be difficulty loading it in.
A problem is that the person making the model is better off using meshes if they plan on making detailed structures.
It is simply unoptimized.

Search house, not that far down the list (and it definitely does have a lot of parts (a lot are unnecessary but do help with realism))
