Why can't I see the Recruitement/Colaboration categories in my "New" tab?

Recruitement/Colaboration not showing up!

• Hello! So for a few days i’ve been reading topics,comments and carefully trying to learn what I could,and I got my “Member” role! I couldn’t see any Recruitement/Colaboration posts but I tought it was because of my role which was “Visitor” at the moment. But I got my “Member” role yesterday and I still dont see any Recruitement/Colaboration categoy…Even tho my friend does!
• This all happens on the devforum.
• It all started yesterday I guess because yesterday I guess, because yesterday I got my “Member” role.

  I had more ScreenShots but this shows all that needs to be shown.
• Gtx 1650 OC, I3 9100f, 1tb and 2 drives.[system specs]

The category is muted by default. To unmute it, go to Preferences>Categories and then click the “X” button beside the Collaboration category.
