Why do I spawn under the hill in this picture? I am confused. I will not spawn on top, but on the rocks. Thank you!

You mean when you spawn instead you spawn underground?

maybe you try put spawner at the hill!!!
When spawning under the hill might be Bc the spawn is wrong or because you have some kind of object that’s making the server bug and then kicking you under map.
To fix that try fixing lag or try resetting the spawn to another place , this might work and instead of under you’ll spawn in top also check CanCollide and make sure it’s in correct order

It’s fixed now. Had script errors when teleporting to my spawn.
Perfect see it’s always errors or parts that doesn’t work!
