Why do parts with CanCollide disabled fail to show up?

Parts that have CanCollide disabled are failing to appear or even register in the game. Scripts return them as nil and I can’t even see them ingame, can somebody tell me why?

Are they anchored? They will fall off the map otherwise.

If they have CanCollide disabled, it means they would get through any object in your game. Even through your baseplate, which means they will fall into the void and get destroyed(only if they are not anchored). Is your part anchored by the way?
