Please do not use Cool Creations to ask for help. Cool Creations is for showcasing works, not for troubleshooting or development help. Read category guidelines before posting threads. I have recategorised this, for the time being, to Art Design Support because it is relevant to a design.
Regarding the issue: if you are seeing the page denied icon for your design, that means that it has been moderated, deleted or otherwise rejected. Please send a PM to the Moderation Review Requests group to request for a second review of the asset, for an explanation as to why this was moderated or for confirmation that the asset was approved but is just not updated for the site yet.

It would most likely have been removed due to the tail at the back. In my opinion, I would consider it ‘inappropriate’, even if it doesn’t seem to be.
Like @colbert2677, if you want a second review, message the Moderation Review Requests group. Although, I don’t think it is necessary, or you would end up doing it constantly every time a design is rejected.
