Super weird. The tester said they were in a single player game and only holding sprint (shift) and (move) and right click (to look around)
There is no real way of telling unless we get to see a bit of the f9 console. Usually the output or the f9 console can help us see if and where there is an issue.
Now without that, I can only theorize that a script unexpectedly also applies to the sword as well rather than some other item that is supposed to disapear.

There’s no erros in the console when it happens, and my game is pretty big, with dozens of scripts. If the issue weren’t so nuance, I would easily be able to fix it myself, but since it onl happens in like 1/50 games, its been incredibly hard for me to figure out why it happens.
