Why does the Humanoid buggy like this?

Anyone know how to fix this glitching Humanoid? There are no script on the Model. 2 days ago this didn’t happen, but yesterday it happened even though I didn’t add anything. I’ve asked this on this forum before but no one answered.

Maybe the HumanoidRootPart not being anchored?

Are there any parts welded to the character? That tends to glitch the character out like this.
