Why does this building change depending on how I tilt my camera?

Hey there,
I have recently encountered this studio feature/bug ( I don’t know which one) and it is annoying me as it displays a completely different setting.
Here are the images of what is happening

Depending on how I tilt my camera I get to see either image 1 or 2. However, the effect I want to create is in image 1 and not 2.
How do I fix this so the player does not get to view a different landscape depending on how they tilt their camera?
The part has a decal and a texture (overlapping). The part itself is made from neon and my studio settings are:
Quality = 04
Edit Quality = 21

Idk if its my pc, roblox or lighting settings in the game so I thought I’d just provide some studio settings as it might change rendering.
