Why does this keep happening? (Random bar blocking my file settings/ my studio options

Randomly this bar shows up and makes me unable to stop my game from stopping and it happens outside of play too

Scrollingframe is covering the FILE button

This is a cosmetic issue, as it does not do anything. you can click behind it and press FILE without seeing it. A random scrollingframe will appear over the FILE button. [Screenshot 2024-10-20 144719] Expected behavior I expect to see some clear UI with the text “FILE”, instead there is an unnecessary scrollingframe here
