Why does this keep happening with every rig i make?

(note idk if this is the correct genre so pls tell me if i need to change it)

Hi, so bassicly i have my own custom rig and this keeps happening with EVERY single custom rig i make but lets say i have the torso and i use a rig plugin to weld the with the legs and the hands and the whatever is needed and i weld it with the humanoidrootpart i make a humanoid everything goes smoothly and then, i can move the hands the legs the everything BUT the torso this is getting really annoying can someone help me with this?

I FIXED IT

I realized i set the humanoidrootpart to big and i forgot to anchor the humanoidrootpart i thought all bodyparts HAD to be unancored but i guess the humanoidrootpart needs to be anchored
