Why has my game rapidly lost engagement?

So about 4 weeks ago I released a game and it started getting really good engagement, all analytics were good and in the green, went from 30 CCU week 1, 400 CCU week 2, then peaking around 1k CCU in week 3, now all of a sudden this entire week my average CCU has plummeted to around 180 despite home recommendations being the exact same, possibly even more that it was when my game had 1k CCU. All stats have stayed relatively the same, playtime, revenue, retention, is all more or less the same, (D1 and D7 have dipped a bit but not crazy), except qualified play through rate, that has been absolutely decimated from like 2% to 0.3%, we’ve been putting out consistent updates and the general consensus from the community has been that they love our game, and that it’s very unique.

I’ve been trying all sorts of thumbnails, all performing around 0.5 - 0.6% CTR, and they’re good thumbnails too, commissioned from professionals, on-boarding is also not an issue, average playtime is about 30 minutes, and more than half of all players who play, last for more than 5 minutes, and a quarter of all players last for more than 30 minutes.

Is my game flopping? is there any chance to recover it here? all i can find online is people saying “do better thumbnails” like i haven’t been spending a ton already on that and none of them even do good. feedback for the game is good, the community loves the game, is this an algorithm quirk? will my game bounce back and be pushed out to more players if i keep the analytics consistent? or will my game just keep falling until it hits 10 CCU? Does anyone have any insight into this? Here is the game link if you’re curious: https://www.roblox.com/share?code=05e4cbeda18d894c9608072be202d9ba&type=ExperienceDetails&stamp=1775624643313
