I have experienced a issue that I cant sponsor my game. I have made it recently and I am trying to sponsor it for plays. I put ALL the information correctly into the sponsor (Age, gender, Device, Amount of Robux…). Although I have done all the steps it said, an error occurred.
Why am I not able to sponsor it?

Have you got permission from player who in thumbnail and icon?
Is emoji in description allowed? Should check guideline for Xbox.
did you check all the sounds in your game?
You should have a plugin called View Sounds that checks if your audios can be used or not
They are all good and work. Do u know anything else? Ive heard you need like 7 days to pass before sponsoring idk about that tho
No and Im not sponsoring it on xbox platform and not accessible to Xbox. I tried changing the icon and thumbnail to something I made and it still doesnt work.
Perhaps there is a short cooldown on how long you can wait before you sponsor something; after all it was created just 2 days ago.
Also, be more specific. What kind of ‘error’ occurred? If it is a unspecific and reproducible error, Contact Support.
Did some reading on the site and found this article pretty helpful. I cant help you anymore than this can cuz i have yet to advertize a game. But the article did say you cant upload an ad if you have adblocker enabled.
