My game “Nostalgic Homestore” has been shadow banned, also referred to as “undiscoverable,” by Roblox for many months now. When a game is undiscoverable it wont get recommend to users, you aren’t able to find the game in the charts search, and if you join it wont show up in your recently played. There are only two ways to find it, through direct link or if it’s attached to a group (mine is). When I click View violation it brings me to my messages, and I have no messages with information on the issue. When I click on the underlined “Ages 16+ and trusted friends” it brings me to the Audience Reach. The Audience Reach provides a little information but I’m not sure what it means really. It says “Nostalgic Homestore has access to multiple audience segments, subject to creator publishing status, content rating, content/safety evaluation, parental controls, and regional rules.” I am trying to find a way to get my store discoverable again. Another thing that I think is relevant is that my games maturity rating is set to 16+, I’ve tried taking the rating questionnaire again and it wont change my rating. My games content consist of selling 2D clothing, UGC, and secrets/badges hidden around the map. There is also minigames like obbys and classic sword fighting. I have reached out to Roblox support a few times now. They have recommended changing the maturity rating, ID verifying accounts, and “following Community Standards.” I still don’t know why my game isn’t discoverable.

Check Configure → Questionnaire, did you complete the questionnaire for the content maturity label? Looks like you did maybe try redoing it
[Maturity: Minimal • Ages 16+]
Apparently, you did not pass the age check or did not show your ID card. Or when your account was subject to moderation for a serious violation.
Check this section, there should be checkboxes everywhere.
