Why is my NPC sinking in the baseplate?

My NPC has been sinking in the floor for reasons I’m not sure of. Does anyone know how to fix this?

It’s probably because of the humanoid’s HipHeight. Change the number to one that fits the height of your character.

As Downrest mentioned above, HipHeight is the issue I think.

Yeah it’s been fixed now thanks to down rest
