Hello there,
Recently, one of my alternative accounts has been terminated for an enforcement action taken on another account. I have strong reason to believe that my alternative account was terminated falsely. I have not logged into that specific account for several weeks before logging in recently to find it terminated. I do not think I or anybody else in the same household could have done something to warrant an enforcement action ban. I should mention that neither my main account (this one) nor any of my alternative accounts received any sort of moderation action for several years. The most recent moderation action I can recall was over a decade ago on my main account for unacceptable speech made as a kid.
I do recall that the same account was compromised last month but I was able to regain control of my account thanks to Roblox Support. Perhaps that account hacker got terminated and for some reason moderation flagged my alternative account as being in the same household as the hacker? None of my other alternative accounts or this one has been affected, thankfully. No one in my close friend circle has been affected either. A few of my friends abroad have had the same issue unfortunately.
I really do not know, but this is quite unacceptable and I really hope we can have a human moderator intervene to fix this issue.
I already submitted an appeal request to the team but I have yet to receive a response.

I have received no responses from Roblox from my original December 7 appeal and my most recent appeal as of December 18.

They responded, but the appeal was rejected.

They responded to me again, and I almost immediately responded back:
Roblox stated they can’t help me further… No proof or anything that would point to me being guilty of said violation.

Roblox has once again denied my appeal. Without any sort of evidence.

I don’t really know what else to say anymore. Roblox remains firm in their decision keep my account banned despite lack of evidence and with my reasoning. Is it really too much to ask for Roblox to thoroughly look over my evidence, as well as show me evidence that I committed said violation?

Here is are the images I sent to Roblox support during my appeals process of where my account was compromised a month prior to the ban. It might have something to do with my single alt account getting banned and also why none of my other accounts were affected. Curiously, it seems that Roblox is overlooking over the fact.

Roblox once again is unable to provide any evidence accusing me of said violation.

Back and forth with Roblox support is going nowhere. At my persistent requests to provide the evidence that my account was linked to the banned account that triggered my account ban, and that my account committed an egregious violation, Roblox could not do so. It is the same messages over and over again. I will not update this topic from this day onward, unless a major event has occurred.
