So when I make a part with a bodyvelocity in it and then touch the part, it spins like crazy! How do I fix that?
I presume you’re using the BodyVelocity to counteract Gravity.
That only adjust the Velocity/Positional property of the part and has no impact on the OrientationVelocity/Orientation.
You can use one of these objects to fix the orientation.
The AlignOrientation and AngularVelocity are newer, recommended and require an Attachment to function
Still dosen’t fix the problem. I tried adding a AngualarVelocity, but it didn’t work
Did you add an attachment to the part and link it to the AngularVelocity?
About 10,000 torque freezes the rotation completely, less will dampen the rotation.
Yes I added an attachment ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Lemme test it ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
