Hey y’all, so recently it seems like Roblox has started possibly arguing with Advanced Optimus on my laptop (specs below)? I’ve tried a whole bunch of different things to fix it… DDU wipe, tweaking a ton of NVIDIA settings, even switching around performance/quality options inside Roblox. Nothing has really worked.
I recorded a video of me on a simple baseplate with about 100 NPCs since that was the Studio project I was working on at the time. You can see the very inconsistent framerates in the top left-hand corner, however in the video I attempted to showcase why I believe it’s an Optimus problem. As if you leave the settings on ~3 quality for a few moments, then switch back to automatic or 10. You’ll have such massive frame drops the game areas at times to be frozen. I’ve included a second video that showcases this, but it doesn’t show me messing with the settings.
TLDR;
Issue: Framerate is absolutely all over the place
Attempted Solutions: DDU wipe, fresh drivers, different graphic settings, general tweaking

SSD 2: Some Micron 1TB (not even used for anything)
