For some context, I am in a discord server where people host sort of like gameshows and the winner gets robux, I know you might think “that’s a scam” But it genuinely isnt. In these gameshows, the winner gets a prize that is given to them through a gamepass and whatnot, as I was starting my event, I asked if someone could help me out with my event and post it in other discord servers (like hazems) and I said I would pay 50 robux (I was being genuine) And I then got banned for saying that. Back to the question at hand, because the ban shows the “scamming” tag and on help.roblox.com it shows this,
If I try and apply for devex (keep in mind I have never devexed before but I was willing too in the next few weeks) Will this get me rejected from devexing? I am scared since I have recently been making some robux from UGC and if I am not able to devex then it would be heartbreaking, I have already appealed the ban but I was just wondering, will this affect my chances of getting in? And if so, by how much?
Also you might say “Just appeal it.” although as I heard, roblox moderation isn’t really the greatest and I have a feeling that I do not have a good likelihood of getting the warning removed.
I am sorry if this is a dumb question but I am worried that I will never be able to eventually make money off of roblox. Thank you.
It could affect your ability to devex, as that is considered to be a more serious infraction. I’d make sure it’s fully removed from your moderation history. Make sure to keep appealing even when they’re not helpful. If they close the ticket, just send a new one. Rinse and repeat until they fix the error. Hope this helps.

I got falsely terminated once (got my account back after a week) and banned once rightfully for racism. Just kinda worried if I will have access to it or not since I am hoping to become a big game developer and am gonna release a game next month.
Oh, okay. Won’t question it. Well given the context of what I’ve been given this could be an issue for your ability to DevEx, if this is your first infraction then you might be fine, just don’t repeatedly do that.
I doubt you’ve lost the ability to DevEx anyway, usually it’s a multitude of infractions that cause you to lose it. You don’t fully know until you attempt to DevEx.
I rlly hope it doesnt affect you, cause that so annoying. They sometimes js be banning ppl for no reason and then that ruins ur chance to devex? Thats not even fair. Its happened to me twice and im not certain if i can devex or not unfortunately.

I have a few minor bans for bad words a long time ago, and 1 false ban for terrorism from an image asset I don’t even know what it was. Do you think I could devex?
