Will parenting laggy objects into ReplicatedStorage remove the lag it causes?

Or does it have to be destroyed in general?

Just make sure the player isn’t rendering said laggy object.

I have a setting that allows players to remove unneeded detail. (makes their game ugly but performance > graphics so whatever)

It’d have to be rendered for them to even consider toggling the setting, so I just wanted to know if parenting it out of Workspace would stop the lag.

Have you tested this yourself? I’m pretty sure it will remove the lag if you parent it to RepStorage or any other Services other than workspace.

My computer doesn’t lag pretty much on anything except latency sometimes. Kinda hard to test.

You can parent it to ServerStorage is you’re using a server script, if not I think rep storage would also help with frames.
