To be considered for promotion into the Management Team, you should consistently demonstrate the qualities expected of Winter Holdings leaders.
Requirements include:
• Maintaining consistent activity within our restaurant and community
• Displaying professionalism, maturity, and leadership at all times
• Successfully meeting the required previous rank and promotion expectations
• Maintaining a clean moderation record with no active warnings or disciplinary actions
• Following all Winter Holdings policies, procedures, and expectations
• Assisting customers, staff members, and helping improve the community whenever possible
Promotion decisions are made solely by Executive Leadership based on activity, performance, attitude, and overall contribution to Winter Holdings.

3. Does Winter Holdings host trainings?
No. Winter Holdings operates using a modern performance-based progression system rather than traditional scheduled trainings.
4. How do I contact staff or report an issue?
Open a Support Ticket inside our Discord server. Select the department that best matches your inquiry and a staff member will assist you.
5. How do alliances work?
Organizations interested in partnering with Winter Holdings should open a Relations Board ticket through our Discord server.
6. Can I ask for promotions?
No. Asking for promotions or repeatedly requesting higher ranks may negatively impact promotion eligibility.
