Hello! I have a problem. I wanted to make a wooden stake with negative parts.
This is how it should looks like with another color on the peak.
Here is how it looks like when I seperated them but after I union this it will looks like this…
So I don’t know how to put another color on the peak. Like theres the same color.
And I searched for union tutorials but i din’t found something like that. Please help me.

Try duplicating the union, move it up and recolor it. It should work. Also scale it down a bit so it doen’t collide with the outter part.
So should I seperate it? and what should I move up?
Can I have the model or be added to a TC? I can help.
Try colouring the parts with the lighter colour prior to negating them, then create the union. Does that do anything?
Here is the model and could you make a little footage of how it works please?
In Studio, navigate to File > Studio Settings and tick Enable Legacy CSG.
After restarting Studio as requested by a dialog box I was able to reunify your stake with the correct colour.
For some reason the ‘inside’ union colour feature has stopped working, but the legacy version still seems to allow for this.
