Hi, I’m Pigred72 this is my first time making a post on the form so please correct me if I’m using it wrong in any way. I have worked with Roblox Studio in the past but was mostly just making simple games with next to none code. recently I have decided to start learning lua by watching Roblox scripting tutorials on Youtube. I have recently started working on a game where its kind of like a scavenger hunt were you go on a quest to look for different items to eat. and what I’m wanting to do is when you eat the food something happens to your avatar (example: you eat a taco and your head is now big, eating an appel and you catch on fire) I have looked on the Dev form and on Youtube and no one has made a video/discussion on this topic so I thought I should make one

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Nice 1st post, also how did you make the post? Are you a dev forum member or regular+?

Thanks im just a member. its easy to make posts just go to the home menu and press make a new post (just make sure to make sure that someone has not already made a topic the same or very close to what your wanting to post)

I would recommend you look into bindable events and functions for this. Also the userimputservice and the contextactionservice. Also tools.

Make sure you look into a filtering enabled videos as well, you will need to use remote events as well, bindable events can’t interact client → server, only server-> server.
