I was considering adding buying tokens as a form of monetization in my game. You can use tokens to buy upgrades: the issue is that something you can buy with tokens is a higher chance of receiving tokens later. As this is based on chance, would this be allowed / would I have to display the chances?
You would be in a gray area in terms of how the rules would be perceived, but I would say go with your gut, if you asked this question it means you feel like it is, so if I was in your position, I would create an alternate type of currency that you could use for those higher chances, and keep microtransactions and chance purchases separate.
