Hi, so a friend of mine was a developer for a game, and he has requested his assets pulled due to drama around its creator.
He has been ignored by the creator who has said they had read the message in other servers; meaning they have purposefully ignored it.
I would like to know if it is mandatory that the creator has to, and if we could use DMCA if our request is ignored.
Any information would really help me and my friends situation.
