There shouldn’t be any bugs either, but please check shift+F9 regularly.
The point of the game is so make mechanical creations easier, such as the linkages on a train, or suspensions on a car. The next update will be a UI that shows the position and sizes of the parts.
Remember, you cannot save, all progress will be lost. Don’t build anything substantial. Also, you cannot unanchor stuff yet, that’ll come later as well.
