Would DevForum topics with short titles get more views then the topics with longer titles? I am asking because I am curious and want to know the answer.

Yes and no, yes so it’s quicker to read but no so it’s not just random gibberish.

Generally, people like clear and concise information, so I’d say yes. That’s also the reason why recruiters include the price in the titles. It’s an attention grabber.
Also, yes. Like @anross stated, the information should not be gibberish. Keep in mind: clear and concise.
