I’ve been thinking of adding an in-game phone system as a feature for my survival game, where players can add (in-game) phone numbers and call other players using other players’ phone numbers. The only problem is I don’t know if that feature would be against TOS.
If the phone numbers can easily be recognized as fake then you should be fine.
I would make the phone number not have the same amount of digits as real ones.
