Would my surprise boxes count as a loot box?

Greetings! I just want to know before the Questionnaire gets released to everyone.

I have a racing game on Roblox similar to Mariokart, however I have been thinking more and more about the questionnaires. Does the “Surprise Box” feature that I have in my game count as a loot box?

It’s free, all you got to do is touch it with your kart in supported game modes, and it will randomally give you a surprise to use in the race.

If you don’t know what I am talking about, its this:

If it does count as a loot box, what should I do to make it not count as a loot box with PolicyService?

Thanks in advance!

I don’t think it counts. Meep City Racing has also had this for years and so does Roblox Racing if I remember right. As long as the players don’t pay to get it you should be fine.

It isn’t permanent and it is free, I don’t think it counts as a loot box.

Nice seeing you working on Bloxy Kart- Oops, I forgot maybe you should change the name.

The obtained item from the crate will not be owned by anyone therefore it’s not a lootbox.

I like your game but the maps are a bit small and the physics a bit too retro

It is for games created after that June date that Roblox set, so Bloxy Kart, as well as Bloxburg and other games with Blox in it are fine.

Yeah right, it’s seriously quite a retro styled game, so bloxy is a good title.

However don’t you think the style is too simple? Compared to most Roblox racing games
