Would naming a game on a Political Ideology be Allowed?

Hey Developers, this is more for a ‘‘discussion’’ topic but I am unable to post there, nonetheless I still believe this is able to go into Game Design

My wonder though is that am I allowed to name my game after a political ideology. I want to make a game called ‘‘Communist Simulator’’ while some may call me a copy or some may hate for the ‘Simulator’ Branding, but thats not my question.

Am I allowed to do this? Would this be moderated; communism is a controversial topic but I still don’t think I would necessarily be Moderated for it.

Any tips or notes are appreciated!

Maybe ‘communism simulator’ would make more sense? Anyways I’ve seen ENDLESS games on communist/soviet russia, often military games so I don’t think you’d get moderated at all. The controversiality only comes from actually getting political, and not so much the theming/branding.

Ah yeah, this is mostly of what I was thinking. Thanks!

Like @Zeezy2204 has already said, I heavily doubt you will be moderated for theming your game about socioeconomic ideologies as long as you so not interject any actual statements or opinions.

This being the case, I do however doubt it would be subject to China’s policies, so don’t expect to expand into that market anytime soon with that premise of a game.

Well I was actually aiming to make a Yugoslavia, and I don’t think I would be expanding to any Chinese audiences or etc as I don’t intend on making this strictly for profits or large growth.

If it’s for historic purposes and it isn’t China you’ll have no issues.
