Would publishing this audio to roblox be named as a "Commercial purpose"?

I want to upload a song to roblox, for my own use, just being public in a library inside of game. Would this be named as a commercial purpose?

The song has this license:

I would actually point your attention to the fact that the CC BY-NC-ND 3.0 license requires you to credit the author, and that crediting the author requires a link to the material. It’s very hard to use Creative Commons licensed audio on Roblox because Roblox forbids unauthorized offsite links. Any attempts to bypass this rule is considered a breach of the license.

My best advice to you is to commission original audio, find music that is CC0 (public domain), or use APM music provided on the platform.
