Would this be a little to much for the type of game im making?

Hello, I’m working on a game based on the cafe/roleplaying community. A restaurant, a bakery, an indoor and outdoor hangout, a pool and water park, a vibe zone, an ice cream parlor, a candy shop, and an assembly section will all be included in the game. It will, however, function as a cafe game.

Do you think these ranks are a little unreasonable considering my game type? Let me know in the comments

You still think it’s to much unreasonable and unrelestic and extra/not needed to have all this?

Yes, I feel like alot of it would be down to the owner or regular staff. Also some of these things would be very uncommon anyways like needing to drastically change the rules or partnerships

Okay thank you!! I will make changes now!!

Tbh you need no staff, if your a player since 2015-2020 then you would know why, if not here’s why:

Not many like roleplaying strict with grammer, and this is the most dumb idea of cafe system, players play the game to enjoy, not to be strict, follow grammer and all other dumb rules of their cafe

Second, if you have many staff this will cause disputes among them, resulting in a demotion of your game

Third, no one likes to play alone, for a cafe you need alot of people, or the customers (players) join and leave server, makes no sense

Four, people often come to cafes to troll/hack and make others leave, because thats what which is fun for everyone

I recommend you make an automated staff npcs or you need to hire less staff
