I recently made a type of quickchat system for my game, inspired by splatoon’s dpad messaging system. It has no way to reply to anyone’s messages, just simple phrases like “Over Here!”, “Yeah!” and more.
I’ve read a bit of the post on the new verification update and I’ve seen that it may be against TOS, just need someone to confirm if this is true.
I’m also curious as I was making my own similar system, mine would be closer to the old Roblox SuperSafeChat, but now I’m questioning it.
I wish we could reach out to moderation and ask or something.
Yes, this was stated being against the ToS right now. Any form of intentional chatting system are not allowed right now.
I’ve made it ensure that both the recipient and sender can chat with each other using textchatservice, I’m sure that it’ll be allowed now right? (EDIT: also made it check if the sender can chat too)
I think Ready made chat systems are allowed but not sure
