Would you play this game?

  1. What do you want to achieve?
I want to make a revamped hide and seek extreme, but with lots of bug fixes, and a more professional game feel.

  2. What is the issue?
I have no idea if people will want to play this, and I want your feedback.

  3. What solutions have you thought of so far?
My game will have more maps, and the seeker changes according to that map. For example: forest = bear chasing the hiders.

Thanks for reading! If you want more info, ask me. Btw if this is the wrong topic, please let me know.

I would play this game but only if it has a good logo and thumbnails. You could also add some nice game passes and badges. Reminder do not just copy the maps from the hide and seek game you have put in this post.

I would play it if it was a bear chasing survival game. A player gets to be bear and the other players hide and survive. Freeze tag deserved a revamp more imo.

I’m not sure if I’d play a revamped hide and seek extreme because I try to play unique, inspirational and innovative games. Not only would making a unique game provide you wealth when done properly but respect in the community.

Oh, one hundred percent I’ll make my own maps, and thanks for the badge idea!

If you were to make this I would add different game modes so people will be more entertained. You should also add pets, and shops for buying harmless gear. I suggest to add a good thumbnail and icon. Most people would buy a 40-80k ad on ROBLOX advertisements to gain players. Your choice. I would totally play it.

This seems interesting, I would play it sometimes since you said the seeker changes according to the map that the players are on.

Yes, I would play this game, although just don’t copy straight off of the current maps, if you made your own maps, that would add on to the creativity. I would also suggest adding events into the game - Freeze Tag, or some gears such as a gun to tag people with x amount of ammo.

I would play it as it is something unique from hide and seek extreme.
Some of the selling reasons for me will be that there are maps that you created and not just copied.
The seeker changes with every round, that’s incredible! That is quite cool and is something that I think is a good part of the game.

The thing is, your game can be successful, just make sure it’s not a ripoff.

An example would be Piggy type games. There are so many low effort and plain copied maps and game ideas from Piggy. Most of them just want to make a quick buck or hope to become famous. Obviously, that won’t happen because players recognise and can see/feel the amount of effort put into the game.

So, you might be thinking, does that mean my game won’t be successful and will be seen as a ripoff? No. As mentioned earlier, there is a ton of potential in the game. Take this game called Ronald for example. It’s a piggy type game but yet, it made quite some money and got a huge player count too. Why? They had an original idea, they had their own storyline and characters and had a unique feel to it. This is what will attract players to your game.

This is a good idea, but personally, as a player, I would probably play the original game instead. However, I would play this game if it significantly upgraded it and made it better. For example, let’s compare it to Doomspire Brickbattle. If it was like “DOOMSPIRE BRICKBATTLE EPIC EDITION 2020 WOW” and it added 1 new thing, I wouldn’t play it (DOOMSPIRE BRICKBATTLE EPIC EDITION 2020 WOW is not a real game). But, if it was something like Super Doomspire (which is a real game), I would definitely play it!

So basically, make it a significant upgrade to other hide and seek games.
