Would you rather have R15 or Skinned Mesh for Gameplay?

For a shooter game, I was wondering what NPC models to use as the targets that will be shot at. What model would you prefer and why? At the moment I’m undecided.

Note: The skinned mesh models would be low poly so they won’t stand out much compared to their surroundings.
