Wrapping Surface GUIs, SGUI Security Cameras, etc

I’ve made a bunch of neat stuff in that last week or so and I put it all in one place and then made it opensource, so this is pretty much a collage of a week’s worth of messing around. It’s Christmas so I made it open source for anyone that’s interested. If you don’t like neat stuff, this is your warning.

The first thing here is SurfaceGui TextLabels that wrap around multiple surfaces. Variable speeds and it can use any number of surfaces. Pretty simple. Speeds do not work backwards. I am totally out of time to add that functionality so if anyone wants to add it for me, feel free.

The second, most complex, and coolest, is a security camera system that uses SurfaceGuis to make a screen that can be used to spy on people without them knowing. Default resolution is 80x40, but it goes to whatever you set it to. It can cycle through any number of cameras and move them around to get a different perspective. I wanted to add zooming, but I ran out of time on that too. It updates surprisingly quickly and it could certainly be used practically, but I wouldn’t recommend adding more than one screen into your place.

– super cool stuff stops here –
Then we have the less-interesting devprod stuff. This is just a simple and easy-to-use devprod menu (Info.Creator.Name doesn’t apply to devprods right now, which is why it says null).

And this junk. It spews out money when people buy things in-game and counts the money spent (though there’s no way to tell which currency was used, so it just assumes both when something that can be bought with either one is bought). It actually made me 20 robux.

Sorry about the lack of documentation, but I really am totally out of time to add anything else (vacation tomorrow!). If you have any questions about how stuff works, send me a PM or post here and I’ll explain it. Thanks!

Well, this is sexy.

Awesome stuff!
How well does the SurfaceGui screen perform in comparison to a screen made from individual bricks?

I didn’t consider making a screen out of bricks, but it seems like they would be slower since they have a back side. Also, BrickColors, ewww!

I agree, those are highly limiting. :c

Looks pretty schweet!

Damn, I wanted to be the first to make a ScreenGui camera, oh well. Endless Space is just too addictive.
