The scroll bar will be dark on a dark background which is very hard to see on a phone screen, normally when it is in dark mode on a web page IOS will set the scroll bar to be in white, it does not happen here.
Expected behavior
The scroll bar should be white, not dark when it is in dark mode, and when in light mode then be dark.

Yes it still happen, it is more of a improvement than a bug, for example wikipedia supports this where the scroll bar change to light or dark depending on the theme of the page.
