Recently, it was reported to me that people are getting falsely banned for an alleged “chat violation” but the ban note provides no evidence or context of what actually happened. All their accounts were banned due to this single infraction without any providable evidence and no previous account standings issues.
Is someone able to look into this, I’ve seen other cases where the moderation system has conflicted in it’s decision making for violations and I believe this could be the case again.
