Wrongfully banned?

I need advice on the best way for me to appeal the ban on my account: DrSTaTTiK

the moderation note states: You created or used an account to avoid an enforcement action taken against another account

I’ve contacted Roblox support and appealed through the normal methods, but my appeals are just getting denied within a couple days. I received an email for my ticket that states I can reply to the email with my username and appeal, but I still haven’t received a reply.

I was previously terminated 5+ years ago for reasons I couldn’t remember if I tried, but I don’t use any other accounts other than DrSTaTTiK. I read that these alt terminations occur all at the same time but like I said I don’t use any other accounts so idk why I would’ve been terminated on my main account… I really hope someone can steer me in the right direction in trying to resolve this problem. Thank you.

Note: This account deletion was on 7/29/25, I have been really busy with life and just didn’t notice that I was banned till now…

I mean technically you were rightfully banned because you were terminated five years ago and you used another account to keep playing so appealing won’t do any good

I understand and truthfully, I regret the childish things I’ve done. I just don’t get why it’d say " Please abide by the Roblox Community Standards so that Roblox can be fun for users of all ages." like they want me to sign back up. I just want my account ;(

You should contact Roblox Support.

This is an issue that is happening a lot where someone is hacking on like a school wifi then every single person on that wifi gets terminated.

It would be ridiculous for them to terminate you now because you made a new account after being terminated 5 years ago

I haven’t logged in anywhere else; I’ve literally tried so hard to avoid getting banned on any of my accounts because I know their moderation AI is so sensitive. Do you think one of my alts could’ve been hacked and banned? I know my information has been leaked.
