"Cafe Guidelines"
Cafe Guidelines enforce the guidelines and enforce boundaries that players must stay within. These guidelines apply to every person in the cafe, no matter their rank.
1: Do not join Xia Mirage for the purpose of Trolling, causing drama, harassing other customers and staff, and disrespect.
2: Do not attempt to glitch or exploit. We have the right to permanently ban you for this offense as it is severe.
3: Cooperate with MR+, failure to do so can result in moderation action(s) against you.
4: Do not bypass the chat filter, and keep all things you say appropriate for all ages.
If you feel like any of the guidelines listed is unfair, you may contact the ownership team.
Rank Structure
The Rank Structure shows each category of the ranks, and the responsibilities and duties those ranks possess.
Senior High Ranks
Senior High Ranks oversee the operation of Xia Mirage, as well as each Senior High Rank directing or assistant directing in a department (i.g: Human Resources, Public Relations, Operations). Users in this position have high authority over Xia Mirage.
High Ranks
High Ranks handle things such as overseeing trainings and shifts, handling staff promotions/demotions/suspension, and more. Users who are a High Rank usually work in a department.
Middle Ranks
Middle Ranks, also known as management, handle issues with customers, assist and host trainings, and more. Users who are management are not in any departments.
Low Ranks
Low Ranks have to attend trainings, assist customers, make orders, and more. Users in this rank are usually still learning, and may have a future with Xia Mirage.
Departments
There are 4 different departments in Xia Mirage. Departments help run the cafe, and make it whole. Each department has a different responsibility that they focus on.
Human Resources
It is the Human Resources responsibility to oversee staff, such as LRs and MRs. Human Resources is in charge of making sure staff follow the rules, and if not they will be treated accordingly. They handle demotions, promotions, and suspensions. Users can report staff who aren’t following the rules or guidelines to Human Resources so they can be dealt with.

Public Relations
The responsibility of Public Relations is to handle all partnerships and affiliations from other establishments, as well as announcing affiliated events, and overall keep charge of affiliations, and make sure that their community meets our criteria.

"Operations”
Operations Department creates handbooks, guides and more for Xia Mirage. They work on all the documents for Xia Mirage, such as training guides, handbooks, affiliation requirements, and more.

Development
New additions, and ideas are being added to our cafe from the Development Department. Some users in this department is in charge of beta testing the game before it is released to the public, making sure there are no bugs, the game runs smoothly, and more. If you have any questions about development, you may get into contact with the lead and co-lead of this department.

Recipes
As a Barista at Xia Mirage, you would need to know how to create each drink for the customer. As we cannot teach you how to make all drinks, you may use the recipes on this handbook to help you. Please note that NOT ALL BEVERAGES HAS BEEN LISTED ON HERE and it is still in progress.

Moderation Rubric and Criteria
Cafe Moderation Rubric
The Cafe Moderation Rubric shows the consequences for certain offenses. This rubric applies to everyone, no matter what rank they are.
Minor Offense
Minor Offenses can be offenses such as Minor Trolling, Minor Disrespect, Minor Bypassing.Consequences may Include: Kick from Server, 6-Hour Ban
Moderate Offense
Moderate Offenses can be offenses such as Bypassing, Trolling, Disrespect, Attempt to Glitching, Abuse of Tools, Minor Admin AbuseConsequences may Include: 12-Hour Ban, 24-Hour Ban, 48-Hour Ban
Severe Offense
Severe Offenses can be offenses such as Severe Admin Abuse, Leaking, Group Admin Abuse, Spamming, Attempt to Raid/Raiding, ExploitingConsequences may Include: Appealable Permanent Ban, Blacklist
Continuous behavior of any offense CAN AND MAY result in further moderation action.
Staff Rubric
The Staff Rubric shows the consequences for certain offenses, such as warnings, suspensions, and demotions.
Minor Offense
Minor Offense includes offenses such as, Continuous Minor Grammar Errors, Failure to Report Rule-breakers to higher ranks when aiding the situation, Impersonation, and Not Cooperating with an MR+Punishments may Include: Warning/Reminder, 3-Day Suspension
Moderate Offense
Moderate Offense includes offenses such as, Failure to Utilize Grammar, Minor Disrespect, Refusing to create orders to certain customers, Violating Dress Code, and Utilizing a Weapon. (Security is exceptional)Punishments may Include: 7-Day Suspension, Appealable Demotion
Severe Offense
Severe Offense includes offenses such as, Trolling as a Staff Member, Slacking, Bypassing as a Staff Member, Discovering LoopholesPunishments may Include: Non-Appealable Demotion, Staffing Blacklist
Other
Affiliations
If you are interested in Affiliating or having a Partnership with Xia Mirage, you may review the Affiliation Requirements & Guidelines and contact the lead of Public Relations. Please note we only Affiliate with other establishments, groups such as fan groups are not eligible.
1. Minimum Group Count of 25 Members
2. Your establishment must be in development (Pictures required) or must be completed.
3. Your community must not be toxic, and instead a good welcoming community.
4. Your group must be a fast growing group, and at least 2-Months old.
5. You must agree to give us a 2 Week Notice before you would like to stop affiliating with us, (We will do that to you as well).
6. You must announce our things (i.g: MR Applications, Grand Openings, Events) as we can do the same for you.
If you meet all requirements, you are more then welcome to contact the lead of Public Relations and get things sorted from there.
