Yolato is a virtual cafe on Roblox, trying to serve you some of the best-frozen treats around, with our main dish involving frozen yogurt, but we have many more frozen treats made for you! Our frozen beverages and treats will give you a refreshingly outstanding taste.
Regulations
- Profanity
Profanity is forbidden in the Yolato Discord server, we want to provide a positive experience to everyone, using profanity in our Discord may get you warned or removed.
- Bullying
Yolato takes bullying extremely seriously, bullying people in our Discord server will get you kicked or banned without warning. We want to keep our community a safe space for all users.
- NSFW Content
Not Safe For Work content is additionally forbidden in the Discord server. If one of our community members see NSFW content you will be banned from the Yolato Discord without hesitation.
- Advertising
Using Yolato as an advertising point is not acceptable, our automated moderation bot will delete the message and warn you, spamming an invite code/group link will get you kicked from the Discord.
- ToS
We want to abide by ROBLOX and Discord Terms of Service, therefore everyone in our server, group and games are required to follow it. Failure to abide by ToS will get you warned, further kicked/banned dependant on what has been broke.
Rank Information
Customer
Customers are vital to Yolato, they visit our cafe on a daily basis and help us sustain a player count and make up the majority of our community.
Noted Customer
Noted Customer is a rank for notable users on the ROBLOX platform alongside former High Rank+ members.
Business Partner
Business Partner is a rank that is given out to those who are an allied representative. There are usually 1-2 people per alliance in this rank.
Employees
Trainee
Trainee is our first LR rank, it can be obtained through passing our quiz. Users who are in this rank are required to attend a training session in order to rank up and start working.
Junior Scooper
Junior Scooper is our second LR rank, it is obtained through passing a training session. To rank up you are required to attend a training session. As a Junior Scooper you are able to serve in our kitchen, mop spills and work as an employee at the cafe. You can also purchase this rank.
Experienced Scooper
Experienced Scooper is our third LR rank, it is acquired through passing 2 training sessions. To rank up to Shift Leader you must attend one more training session. You can also purchase this rank.
Shift Leader
Shift Leader is our final LR rank, it is acquired through passing 3 training sessions. This is the only rank that is eligible for an MR promotion. To find more information on this please refer to the promotion tips section. You can also purchase this rank.
Management
Intern
Intern is our first Management rank, it is an interning rank to help you get an understanding of being on the management team here at Yolato. To acquire this rank, you must be noticed by a member of the Human Resources division or pass applications.
Staff Assistant
Staff Assistant is our second Management rank, users in this rank have shown that they are worthy of being on our MR+ team during their time as an Intern. Users in this rank will receive Moderator in-game and have authority of ranks below them.
Supervisor
Supervisor is our third Management rank, users in this rank have shown leadership skills which have been noticed by our Human Resources Division.
Assistant Manager
Assistant Manager is our fourth Management rank, users in this rank have been at Yolato for a while and are known within our community for their professionalism, respectfulness, etc. This is the first rank that is eligible to host training sessions.
Senior Management
General Manager
General Manager is our first Senior Management rank, users in this rank have shown professionalism and multiple other positive qualities which have come to the attention of the Human Resources division.
Head of Supervision
Head of Supervision is our second Senior Management rank, users in this rank have shown tremendous leadership capabilities during their time at Yolato and have been awarded for doing so. This is the rank where users should start to think about which division they would like to enter when they proceed in their ranks at Yolato.
Executive Assistant
Executive Assistant is our third and last Senior Management rank, users in this rank have been recently promoted from Head of Supervision and have entered one of our two divisions. This rank spends a period of time in a division to ensure that they are a good fit.
Corporate
Junior Executive
Junior Executive is our first Corporate rank, users in this rank are in either the Public Relations of Human Resources Division. They are still new to the Corporate team and are still learning all of the ins and outs!
Senior Executive
Senior Executive is our second Corporate rank, users in this rank have been in their division for a while and they are ready to move up to having more responsibilities. Users who are in this rank are preparing to take on and adapt to new responsibilities within the group.
Executive Director
Executive Director is our third Corporate rank, users in this rank have been at Yolato for a long time and know the ins and outs of our daily operations alongside their corresponding division. Users in this rank have shown that they are ready to proceed on their journey here at Yolato and in their division. Users in this rank typically help run one of Yolato’s divisions.
Corporate Leadership
Developer
This rank is not obtainable from promotions and is given to those who help Yolato within development and those who have helped contribute towards Yolato.
Board of Directors
Board of Directors is our first Corporate Leadership rank, this rank is given to those who have shown tremendous leadership capabilities and have brought joy to Yolato. Users in this rank are usually responsible for overseeing a division.
Vice President
President is the second Corporate Leadership rank, this rank is given to those who have tremendously helped Yolato. Users in this rank are responsible for Yolato’s daily operations alongside helping implement community feedback.
President
President is the third and final Corporate Leadership, this rank is not obtainable from promotions and is reserved for the owner of Yolato. The user in this rank is responsible for Yolato operations alongside overseeing and implementing suggestions within the group.

Shift Leader Promotion Tips
Shift Leaders are the final and most experienced type of LR, they are the only rank eligible for an MR promotion from a member of the Human Resources Division. Below are multiple tips to guide you on your journey to Intern.
• Showing activity is key, we recommend evenly spreading the amount of time you spend at Yolato throughout the week and show consistency. Playing the game for 3 hours one day and then 0 the next shows inconsistency and is not something we want within our Management team.
• Showing professionalism is recommended, we recommend being professional whenever you are in Yolato facilities. It can show a level of maturity and can be a possible member of our Management team compared to those that don’t.
• Your use of vocabulary plays a deciding factor, using vocabulary that is barely understood is not recommended. We want our guests to be able to understand you and have a good time whilst at our cafe. Keep your vocabulary use simple although feel free to venture out and make your greeting scripts unique.
