Hello,

I have been dealing with this issue for a little while now. Recently, I wanted to send 3,000 R$ to a friend of mine. However, even though I have 2FA enabled on my account plus my account is set at 18+, my transfer limit is still set to 1,000 R$ per month.

There is also a message telling me that my account has been recently moderated, which is true. But that was from like 2–3 weeks ago.

I was wondering when my transfer limit will be restored or corrected.

It might take a month, or something. Maybe it’s a “calendar month” thing, so you could try again tomorrow.

The moderation flag usually stays active for a full 30 days from the date of the action. If it was only two weeks ago, you are likely still stuck in that window regardless of when the month started.
