"Your item has reduced visibility across Marketplace" on a recolour of my own item

I’m a UGC creator who models all of my accessories by my own hand; I do not use meshes from other people. Today I uploaded multiple tails with different colours to the marketplace.

The orange variation of the tails displayed this warning immediately after it passed moderation:

What’s expected:
These items should all have the same level of visibility as they all comply with Roblox’s guidelines and are not copies of other peoples’ creations.

What happens instead:
One of these items shows the “Reduced visibility” warning despite all accessories with the same mesh being uploaded by myself to my group. For some reason, the other items are completely fine.

It also seems as though another individual had experienced the same issue just a few months ago, which has since been resolved.

Browser:

Affected Accessory: Wolffie's Red Novabeast Tail - Roblox

Thank you for your report.

We’ve identified an issue with our classification for Wolffie’s Red Novabeast Tail. This was a false positive against an unrelated catalog item (not one of your own color variations). We’ve marked this item as originally created, so the reduced-visibility warning on the configure page should clear — please refresh the page if it still appears.

Sibling color variations of the same design were not affected. The nature of some designs can still create occasional false positives from our automated system; thank you for your patience as we continue to improve this. Please feel free to create additional tickets (fastest way to reach us) if you hit this again on other items.

Thank you for the fast response! It has not yet cleared, but I’ll give it a bit and make another reply if it doesn’t within the next day.
