The prompt does show for players to press purchase, but by pressing it; it shows like this.

This item can only be sold in certain experiences. Are you sure the experience ID you tried purchasing in is whitelisted for this item?

Yes, of course. If that’s the case, then why would the purchase prompt appears?
I’ve also tried putting other games ID, and it doesn’t work.

ive seen this normally happen with newly added items or when in studio.
or as mentioned above, it may be an issue with the white listing.

Yes, the game is uploaded to the same group as the item.
