:one: Salutations, Yubán! You’ve successfully located our official public handbook. Yubán is a Mexican/Spanish style restaurant lead by cartials. This is where you can find all of the information necessary about ranks, alliances, guides, etc. Select any section below to begin finding out more about our group.


Yubán Alliance Application

:two: Greetings! You’ve found the official alliance application. Before you get to filling in the questions, lets make sure your group meets our requirements. 1. You must be a cafe, restaurant, bakery, hotel, or clothing store. Exceptions will be made for other company groups or corporations. 2. Your group needs to have at least 100 members on Roblox and at least 50 members in your communications server. Some exceptions are possible. 3. At least 1 representative from your group will be required to join Yubán and our communications server. 4. The alliance will mainly consist of alliance visits, affiliate update channels from both parties, game nights, and collaborative events. 5. Your group/community must have no bad history. This includes drama, lack of professionalism, TOS breakage, etc. 6. Your group cannot have any purchasable admin commands or ranks. 7. Your application must be 3+ sentences per question.

Yubán Training Sessions

:four: Splendid! You found our training session times. Below are all of the training times listed in several highly populated timezones. If you do not see yours, you can use a timezone translator. There will be 3 sessions hosted daily on weekdays and 4 on weekends.

Yubán Rank Descriptions

:six: Greetings! This section of the Yubán public handbook is where you will find all of the information regarding ranks in the Yubán group and communications server. This section is split into 6 divisions.

Cliente Ranks (N/A)

Cliente
This is the rank you receive when you first join the group! This rank possesses no responsibilities. From here, you are eligible to apply for trainee!

Cliente Premium
This role is for former management+ members of Yubán. This is also the rank that high profile players receive upon joining the group. This rank possesses no responsibilities. From here, you are eligible to apply for trainee!

Affiliate Representative
This is the rank that affiliate representatives receive upon joining Yubán.


Low Ranks (LR)

Trainee
This is the rank you receive after having your application accepted. From here, you must attend a training session before working at the restaurant.

Junior Staff
This is the rank you receive after passing your first training! From here, you must achieve 100 points to rank up!

Intermediate Staff
This is the rank you receive after gaining 100 points. From here, you must achieve 250 points to rank up!

Senior Staff
This is the rank you receive after gaining 250 points. From here, you must achieve 500 points to rank up!

Master Staff
This is the rank you receive after gaining 500 points. From here, you can only move up to the MR team. In order to do this you must be in the communications server, use grammar at all times, portray dedication to your position, and maintain consistent activity at both the restaurant and on the communications server.


Lower Management Ranks (MR)

Management Intern (40)
This is the rank you receive upon being promoted from master staff or passing an application. Your job at this rank is to assist in trainings, assist in watching over the restaurant, and stay active in the communications server.

Supervisor (35)
This is the rank you receive upon being promoted from Management Intern. Your job at this rank is to supervise the restaurant, assist and/or host trainings, and stay active in the communications server. This rank is also tasked with leading the lower management ranks.


Upper Management Ranks (MR)

Assistant Manager (30)
This is the rank you receive upon being promoted from Supervisor. Your job at this rank is to manage the restaurant, host trainings, and stay active in the communications server.

Manager (25)
This is the rank you receive upon being promoted from Assistant Manager. Your job at this rank is to manage the restaurant and communications server, oversee trainings, rank passing employees, and maintain the communications server. This rank is also tasked with leading the Upper Management Ranks.


High Ranks (HR)

Developer
This rank is received via application or through a hiring process. This rank is tasked with creating all aspects of the community, rather it is games, models, graphics, etc. This rank is not responsible for completing staff duties as they are generally contracted.

Executive Assistant (10)
This is the rank you chose to receive after being promoted from Manager. Your job at this rank is to settle into the high rank atmosphere at Yubán. This rank is somewhat a trial. You will follow the regular duties of an administrator such as supervising, providing support, trainings, events, etc.

Communications Director (3)
This is the rank you chose to receive after being promoted from Executive Assistant. Your job at this rank is to manage the communications aspect of Yubán. You will coordinate alliances, visits, game nights, etc. This rank is in charge of overseeing all communications related subjects.

Staffing Director (3)
This is the rank you chose to receive after being promoted from Executive Assistant. Your job at this rank is to handle all staff related subjects. This includes terminations, demotions, promotions, inactivity notices, etc.

Operations Director (3)
This is the rank you chose to receive after being promoted from Executive Assistant. Your job at this rank is to handle all operations related subjects. This includes operations of the restaurant, trainings, creating applications, managing regulations and requirements, etc.


Senior High Ranks (SHR)

Advisory Board (3)
This is the rank the helps in the oversight of all operations in the group. This group is tasked with helping the HRs and Presidential Team. This team is the start of the administrators in the communications server of Yubán. This rank is chosen by the President of Yubán.

Vice President (1)
This is the rank that oversees the group as a whole. They are tasked with maintaining all of the departments and moderating the communications server. This rank is chosen by the president of Yubán.

President (1)
This is the rank the owns and oversees the group as a whole. They are tasked with fully maintaining the entirety of all entities belonging to the group. This rank also controls the communications server.


Yubán Community Guidelines

:seven: Wonderful! This section of the Yubán public handbook is where you will find all of the information regarding the rules and guidelines the keep the community safe and healthy. This section will provide you with any and all information on how to effectively navigate our group and communications server.

Username Guidelines:
Please have your communications nickname set to your ROBLOX Username at all times in the communications server. It must be clearly visible for everyone to see. No abbreviations!

Glitching/Trolling/Exploiting
Glitching, trolling, and exploiting are all prohibited at Yubán. Users that glitch or troll will be warned and proceeded by a kick. Repeat offenders will be banned. Exploiters will be banned instantly.

Respectfulness:
Please be respectful to everyone here. Do not treat someone differently based on race, gender, orientation, or religion!

Spam/Raids/Links:
We like to keep the communications server and group nice and clean. Raiding or spamming the group or communications server is strictly forbidden. Please refrain from these intolerable acts. In relation to spamming, all shortened or unfamiliar links are forbidden in our discord server to ensure safety of all users.

NSFW (Not Safe For Work):
NSFW content is prohibited in both the group and communications server of Yubán. Information found containing the subject of NSFW can be used in your termination from the group and/or communications server.

How do I rank up from trainee?
In order to rank up from trainee, you must attend and pass a single training session. From here, you will rank up on a point-based system.

How do I apply for MR or HR?
Applications are spontaneously hosted on the communications server for MR and rarely HR. In order to catch these applications for the limited amount of time they appear, you should join the communications server and turn on announcement pings.

What should I do if there is an exploiter in my server?
You should contact an MR+ via finding them in the restaurant, the group wall, or the communications server.
