Community Conduct Standards‎‎


The Community Conduct Standards (CCS) are designed to guide players engaging in any games or roleplay within Zatsunei. They outline acceptable behavior, specify prohibited actions, and clarify what falls outside the boundaries of the roleplay context. The Community Conduct Standards will be applied when we determine that something is not part of a roleplay or is out of character (OOC). For example, speaking disrespectfully to someone within a roleplay context is acceptable but saying slurs wouldn't be allowed. Title One sets guidelines based on user behavior in the community. Title Two sets guidelines based more on roleplaying factors and participation.

Using loopholes to circumvent the rules and policies stated here will result in moderation.

We reserve the right to report any incidents to the authorities if we observe illegal activities.

Title One

1. Respectful Conduct

  • Treat everyone with respect. Be polite, kind, and considerate at all times.

  • No discrimination or harassment. No discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, nationality, religion, or any other protected personal characteristic.

  • No bullying or OOC verbal abuse.

2. Privacy

  • Do not share personal information. Do not publish real names, addresses, phone numbers, or sensitive data without consent.

  • No doxxing. Do not reveal private information about others without permission.

  • No DDoSing. Any attack on servers or networks will result in immediate exile and report.

  • Private information stays private. What others share with you privately stays private unless they give permission to share it.

3. Not-Safe-For-Work / Not-Safe-For-Life (NSFW/NSFL) Activity

  • Any form of sexual activity is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, explicit content, inappropriate gestures, or any actions that are intended to be sexually suggestive or explicit.

  • Bumping or any similar behavior meant to incite sexual activity or discomfort is strictly forbidden. This includes actions that mimic or encourage inappropriate interactions, whether intentional or unintentional.

  • No sharing of explicit, graphic, or adult content. This applies to avatars, profiles, chat, or any other in-game interactions. Content that violates this rule will result in immediate action.

  • No inappropriate behavior in any form, whether it’s verbal or physical. This includes unwanted advances, harassment, or suggestive actions towards other players.

4. Online-Dating

  • Engaging in online dating within Zatsunei is prohibited.

  • Do not engage in flirtatious or romantic behavior with other players.

  • Exchanging personal contact information for dating purposes is forbidden.

5. Roblox Terms of Service and Community Standards

  • All other policies and guidelines outlined in the Roblox Terms of Service and Community Standards are fully enforced here as well.
Title Two

1. Alternate Accounts

  • Alternate accounts are not allowed in any way. We do this to enforce one identity for one player and to prevent moderation evasion.

2. Imprisonment Evasion

  • Leaving and rejoining the group to start at a different rank and avoid the imprisonment rank may result in an immediate permanent ban.

3. Leaving / Resetting to Avoid Arrest / Action (LTAA/RTAA)

  • Leaving a game or resetting in-game to avoid arrest, imprisonment, or detainment by authorities.
  • Leaving a game or resetting in the game to avoid moderation, is prohibited.

4. Failing to Roleplay (FRP)

  • While roleplaying is not mandatory at all times, players must engage in roleplay behavior when involved in roleplay scenarios.

  • If you do not wish to roleplay, you must clearly state so and leave any ongoing roleplay scenes. You are also prohibited from inciting or initiating new roleplay scenarios.

  • Your roleplaying behavior does not have to be strict, but you should adapt your behavior and actions to the roleplaying scene you are in.

  • Actions like “takes” or “cuffs” do not have to be stated.

5. Cop Baiting

  • Provoking law enforcement or authorities to start a conflict or create chaos purely for the sake of entertainment is prohibited. This includes intentionally causing trouble (like driving especially badly) to bait the cops into action.

6. Trolling and Disruption

  • Trolling or intentionally disrupting a roleplaying scene in FRP is not allowed.

6.1 Attention Seeking

  • Performing unrealistic actions with the sole intention of gaining attention in an OOC context.

7. Mental Disorder Roleplay

  • Roleplaying a mental disorder, including but not limited to depression, schizophrenia, borderline personality disorder, bipolar disorder, post-traumatic stress disorder, obsessive-compulsive disorder.
  • Examples of prohibited mental disorder roleplay include, but are not limited to, roleplaying self-harm, encouraging self-harm, roleplaying suicide, roleplaying hallucinations or psychotic episodes, mocking or trivializing mental disorders.
