Everytime the zombie chase me and happen to jump over me and when my character move the zombies keep on floating while chasing me. Had you ever faced this kind of issue before?

not really an issue, just move in sharp paths and spam jump recurrently and the zombie is gonna fall

yes but not only zombie games but also other games that has npcs but some games have different ways of handling npcs and some of them might not allow npcs to jump so that floating thing wont happen
devs sometimes fix this by welding tall hitboxes to the player’s humanoidrootpart that are only collidable with the zombies so that the zombies cannot go on top of the player,.

yeah it happens a lot just jump a lot
maybe put all characters in the same collisiongroup and disable collision with other members of the same group
only if you disable cantouch, touch events will register on the same collision group
