Zyntex - The real-time Roblox dashboard for moderation, logs, and metrics

Zyntex banner

Zyntex is the Roblox dashboard for real-time game monitoring, statistics, and management. It can be used to operate live events, log server and player activity, and visualise your custom metrics—all from our web-hosted dashboard. Zyntex has been in beta for just over a month, and we already power the game management and administration of several large studios, including Stateview Correctional Facility, Metatable, and SCP Architect.

:sparkles: Features

  • Live game monitoring: See servers open, players join, and logs live with analytics.
  • Telemetry: Stream structured metrics from your Roblox servers to Zyntex for your custom-built dashboards. If you’ve ever heard of Prometheus and Grafana, this is just like it!

Hey all,

We patched the issue which caused “HttpError: ConnectFail” errors; upgrade your SDK to version 5 to get the fix and continue enjoying the dashboard.

To get updates like this with a single click, consider installing the plugin!

Thank you all for your major support throughout the first few days, it really means a lot to me! :sparkling_heart:

Hey all,

We recently got a denial of service attack, which caused the servers to go down temporarily, but it was resolved within 5 minutes!

This goes to show how Zyntex prioritises uptime and security.

Can you please confirm that, this won’t change my game in any negative way, like changing player data at its own, or add a virus. I’m just thinking of safety first, if it’s safe I’m really happy to add this to my game.

Of course! Your game will not be modified without your consent in any way if you decide to use Zyntex; the SDK is fully open source so that you can remove features that you think are too much for the dashboard to have.

Free and standard are VERY different. Consider giving 3 events, 3 admins, 3 roles, 2 analytics. Currently it’s almost like nothing in free plan.

Also, can you add data editor like that in Super Biz? That would be hella helpful.

Use super biz for ideas.

The free plan is designed to be very limiting. I am not expecting anyone to stick around with the free plan; it’s meant to mostly be like a demo of all features.

If you like the dashboard and are eager to leverage its full capabilities, you’re expected to upgrade to at least Standard. Hosting is not cheap, and if my entire user base has the Free plan, I won’t be able to host or make a profit.

Answering your other comment: Yes! The data explorer is on the roadmap.

No big game developer (which this tool really is for) will use the free plan, but small ones will have to as they likely won’t have enough money for this. If you really want this to be paid then you should add more advanced features like superbiz has and it’s free. There has to be a reason for us to use zyntex over that, because currently, it clearly has more to offer while being free. Completely*.

SuperBiz is a completely different software, with a different goal to accomplish. For example, SuperBiz doesn’t have real-time logs, custom telemetry, or a real-time Discord bot. It has tools for advertisers, generic monetisation statistics, an avatar picker, and a datastore editor. On the other hand, Zyntex is perfect for live operations and game management. It’s like comparing Fortnite to Minecraft; two completely different video games.

I understand your concerns about pricing, but creating such comprehensive software like this and making it completely free (or a very open Free plan) is what is going to effectively lead to the software shutting down due to lack of funds, as most users will not subscribe.

The plans are perfectly suited for the size of your game or your tool requirements. For example, if your game averages more than 25 CCU, affording the Standard plan should not be a problem. The plans are designed to scale with the size of the game. If you don’t have the money to spend on a certain plan, you likely don’t even need it.

Furthermore, after speaking to certain elite developers and conglomerate studios, they suggested that I add 0s to the end of each plan. My point is, this pricing is already extremely cheap, and the Free plan wasn’t even initially existent.

By the way, I know this is at early stage so Goodluck, great UI and current features.

No, actually, I’m just saying use super biz for ideas like datastore editor, which is like, essential. If you could tweak the numbers of roles and admins a little bit, that would be fair. Yes, sorry for misunderstanding, they are different, but you could add things like e.g. notifier etc. Hosting will definitely not be much of a problem (I think) when this gets popularity, so you could tweak the prices a bit. (~20$ per month for Standard might not really be worth it. But of course, you know the costs, so charge as much as you want.)

Anyways, really good tool, goodluck!

I appreciate it! I understand your argument now, you were simply suggesting that I slightly tweak the Free plan to be more generous. I will put it in consideration, but most developers that use Zyntex currently love the value that is included in the plans and love how much it improves their workflow.

For example, a developer messaged me today:

You can do that, once zyntex is popular and hosting cost is not really a problem. Great tool btw.

And I really like the easy implementation.

i really like the concept and idea, was a previous casual/free user of bloxadmin.

however im not sure how much value proposition this service provides in comparison to the growing creator dashboard, which comes free with every roblox game. especially when you take a look at the pricing which doesnt seem very economical even for bigger games?

additionally the “global reputation” idea seems ill thought-out. similar ideas have been tried previously with not much success (see NexusBan - The Global Exploiter-Ban-List as an example)

finally, i would advise on using a more calm tone when responding to criticism of your product, as this can easily detract potential customers. i know complaints can be frustrating - especially when you’ve put a lot of work into this - but i would take all this on board for future releases
